Roofing is priced by the square — 100 square feet of roof. Our two IKO architectural shingles install at:

The per-square rate is the starting point. Your real project cost depends on a handful of things specific to your home:
- Size — how many squares of roof you actually have.
- Pitch — steeper roofs take more time and staging to do safely.
- Layers — how many layers of old roofing have to come off.
- Repairs — anything we find underneath, like decking that needs replacing.
